This is an anti-clockwise close cartridge which means it is a clockwise open cartridge. It is usually used on the left side of taps.

Even if the tap insert cartridge that you have visually looks identical to this one, please measure the tap insert you have and compare the measurements to the ones in the technical diagram in the images (image 2).

This will save you having to return the cartridge if it is wrong. A lot of people make the mistake of not measuring.

The tap insert cartridge that you are replacing doesn't need to look identical to this one. Sometimes there are different markings, but as long as the measurements line up with this cartridge, aesthetic differences make no difference.
