This LX DH1.0 Water Circulation Pump in 1 HP can be dispatched on the same day when ordered before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.


The LX DH1.0 is a single-speed, one horsepower, centrifugal type water circulation pump and has a suction of 1.50”. It is a self-draining machine with a centre discharge. Medium to large hot tubs, spa systems, and whirlpool baths use this pump. It is suitable with, but not limited to, tubs by AMC Winer, Cascade, Danz, and Trinity.

This pump can be a replacement for the Rocoi LDPB-140B and is identical to the LX EA350 and DXD water pump.

Air switches does not come with the LX water pumps.

Centrifugal Pump Problems
The LX DH1.0, being a centrifugal pump, is not immune to issues such as impeller damage, leaks, overheating, power surges, and corrosion.

Impeller damage can be due to hydraulic wear. Plus, dross accumulated on it will hinder water flow. Leaks can happen around the pump’s rotating shaft. Low water flow will beget overheating. The circuit breaker has a possibility to trip if there is a short in the pump’s wiring. And corrosion of the pump internals will occur if the pH level of the water is too high or too low and the bearing of dissolved oxygen is high.

Tips: Choosing and Caring for Your Hot Tub Water Pump
A water circulation pump can have an output of 3/4 HP to as high as 5 HP. It can run on 220-240V or 110-120V. Most pumps have a label attached to its body where technical specifications can be found. Checking this is vital for selecting which replacement pump goes with your tub.

Another thing to consider when buying a water pump is the size of the frame. Pumps come in either a 56 frame or a 48 frame size. The reason for this is the bolt holes on the pump must be contingent to the holes inside the tub or spa system. Information on the frame size can also be found on the label.

It is worth mentioning that water must not get into the pump’s motor. If it does, it will permanently damage the pump.
