Answer: Here are the general steps on single lever cartridge removal and replacement:
1. Remove the screw cap from the back of the Bristan Prism handle.
2. Use a 2.5mm Allen key to undo the grub screw. Pull the handle up to remove.
3. Remove the shroud or retaining nut (if any).
4. Remove the old cartridge.

5. Apply silicone lubricant on the O-ring of the replacement Bristan ST-PM-B4-AS5 cartridge.
6. Seat it in the valve seat making sure the locating pins are in place. This will prevent the cartridge from moving.
7. Reassemble the handle.
