The minimum glass hole diameter for this roller is 10.6mm as the diameter of the part which goes through the glass measures between 10.4mm and 10.6mm. This is a stud style shower roller.

This single stud shower quadrant door roller spare part will fit sliding shower doors and frames 4 to 6 millimeters thick. It can be installed in both the door’s upper and lower portion. The fixing slot in the door must be 10.6mm in diameter. You can choose between 23mm and 25mm diameter wheels. Make sure to measure your sliding door, or your old shower roller, before making a purchase so that you can be able to replace the wheels in no time.

How to Change Single Shower Quadrant Door Roller
This guide refers to shower screens with two sliding panels.

It takes a few simple steps to replace your single quadrant shower door rollers. The thing to keep in mind is the glass might be heavy; handle with care when lifting it.

Removing the Panels
1. Unscrew the bottom guide from one of the panels and remove it.
2. Lift the panel to free it from the track. Then, proceed to remove the other panel.
3. Remove the old rollers.

Installing the New Single Shower Quadrant Door Roller
1. Remove the decorative screw cap, the fixing nut, and the washer.
2. Insert the stud wheel body with the white fixator through the door’s screw slot.
3. Slip the washer in.
4. Screw in the fixing nut securely. Be careful not to over tighten.
5. Screw the decorative screw cap.

Putting the Panel Back
1. Carefully lift one panel and insert the wheels on the upper track.
2. With the second panel, put one side in the upper track. Then, slide the first panel over to create a space for inserting the other half of the second panel.
3. Screw back the bottom guide.
