Answer: The flow of water goes through the flow cartridge and up out of the shower head, therefore if your shower head is dripping it means the shower cartridge is starting to fail. Replacing the cartridge will fix the leaking shower head.

Question: Can I return the cartridge if it is incorrect?
Answer: Absolutely, you can return the cartridge for a refund if it is undamaged.
