Five Easy Steps to Replace the Ideal Standard LV95667 Shower Door Bottom Seal

Shower enclosure seals such as the Ideal Standard LV95667 are fixed by sliding it in onto the bottom of a shower door.

1. Open the shower door and remove the deteriorated seal by pulling it downwards.
2. Rid the door of dirt by using a glass scraper. Spray the door with glass cleaner and use a soft cloth to wipe it clean.
3. Measure the door and measure the seal. Mark the Ideal Standard LV95667 seal and cut it to the appropriate length. Make sure to cut the top portions of both edges to a 90-degree angle. Use a junior hacksaw to cut through the hard part and a box cutter to trim the edges. Be careful when using serrated and sharp tools to prevent injuries.
4. Push the new seal in position. And with a rubber mallet, gently hit the edge of the seal to secure it in place.
5. Close and open the door to test if the seal is fitted successfully.

LV95667 is a genuine 16mm Ideal Standard bottom shower door seal for a leak free shower enclosure. It also protects the door from damage. Made for frameless glass shower doors with a thickness of five millimeters, the seal comes in a one-meter length per order and can be cut according to the size needed.
