Question: What is the cartridge removal process for Bristan Zing?
Answer: Here are the steps to remove the Bristan TLM90-90:
1. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to remove the temperature control handle’s end cap.
2. Loosen the fixing screw and pull the handle cap to remove it.
3. Remove the plastic stop ring.
4. Use an adjustable spanner to turn the cartridge anti-clockwise. Remove the faulty cartridge.

5. Apply a thin coating of plumber’s silicone grease on the O-rings of the replacement Bristan spare part TLM90-90. Fit and tighten it in the shower valve.

Question: My Bristan Zing shower is leaking from the temperature handle for a while now. The plumber said I need a new thermostatic cartridge. Is this correct?
