2: The thermostatic temperature handle is harder to turn than it used to be, or it might have even be very difficult to turn.
3: The water flow is either low or not steady.

These are the classic symptoms of a thermostatic cartridge that has a problem.
Solution: The best thing to do is replace the cartridge; in a lot of situations it'll solve the above problems.
