Question: Only luke warm water is coming out my Newteam 123-T shower. Can you tell me what part I need please.
Answer: As long as the shower valve is receiving a constant flow of hot and cold water from the boiler then the problem is probably the thermostatic cartridge as this is the part which controls the temperature of the water. If you replace your old 094.0032 cartridge with a new one it's likely to fix the issue.

Question: How do I take the old cartridge out of the valve?
Answer: First, take some photos of every step so you can refer back to them when reassembling the valve so you can get all of the temperature stop ring and handle in the exact same place.

Step 1: Remove the temperature control handle.
Step 2: Remove the retaining nut holding the cartridge in the valve. If you are having trouble removing this nut, perhaps try spraying it with WD40 and leaving it for a night or two, then upon return, tap the wrench with a hammer to jolt it loose.
Step 3: You can now use any grip tool you have to pull the cartridge out towards you.
Step 4: Put some silicone grease around the o-rings of the cartridge and around the green body.
Step 5: Put the now cartridge in the shower valve.
Step 6: Refit retaining nut.
Step 7: Refit temperature control stop and handle in the same position they were (refer back to your photos if need be).
