The Flova Levo LVTBSMWM is a wall-mounted exposed shower mixer valve with a plunger diverter. Below are the steps on how to change the thermostatic cartridge and how to adjust the temperature on the thermostatic shower cartridge replacement for the Flova Levo LVTBSMWM.

How to Replace the Flova Thermostatic Cartridge on the Flova Levo LVTBSMWM

Isolate water supply lines prior to starting.
1. Loosen the screw located at the bottom of the temperature control handle.

2. Remove the temperature stop ring. Remember its position before removing it.

3. Use an Allen key to remove the grub screw from the push-fit cartridge. Pull the cartridge out. You can use a socket spanner if the cartridge refuses to budge.

4. Apply a small amount of silicone grease on the O-rings of the replacement Flova Levo LVTBSMWM cartridge. Insert the cartridge in the valve aligning the screw slot of the cartridge with the hole on the valve unit. Secure it in place with the grub screw and Allen key.

5. Slide the temperature stop ring back in the position it was in before.

6. Reattach the handle. De-isolate water supplies.

How to Calibrate the Flova Levo LVTBSMWM Compatible Cartridge
1. Unscrew the temperature control handle.

2. Remember the position of the temperature stop ring. Lift the ring out.

3. Lay the temperature handle on the head of the splines. Hold a thermometer under running water to check the temperature movement.
– Turn the handle clockwise to lower the temperature
– Turn it anticlockwise to increase the temperature.

4. Once the temperature you prefer is reached, lift the temperature control handle and slip the stop ring back to its original position (same as the one before it was removed).

5. Reattach the temperature control and secure it in place.
