Answer: Here’s how you can access the Triton 83313160 in the Sema or Oltis shower valve:

– Remove the end cap of the flow knob to get to the retaining screw.
– Remove the retaining screw and separate the handle from the bar valve.
– Use a spanner against the nut of the defective cartridge. Turn to remove the cartridge.

– Grease the sole O-ring of the replacement Triton 83313160 flow cartridge. Use only silicone and heat-resistant plumbing grease. Other lubricant types can damage, instead of protecting, the cartridge O-ring. Please scroll to the last section below for the plumbers grease we carry.
– Put the newly greased 83313160 Triton cartridge in the valve. Secure the threads using the spanner.
– Return the parts which were removed in reverse order.
