This is a genuine Di Vapor 135 degree angle door hinge bracket for glass with a chrome finish.

Dimensions of this hinge
- This will fit glass which is 5mm to 7mm in thickness. Thinner glass will work with this hinge if you pad the hinge out with something like a rubber washer.
- Size of glass hole required: 11mm
- Total height from top to bottom of hinge - 55mm (5.5cm)
- Distance between fixing holes measured centre to centre (this will have to mate the distance between the glass holes in your glass) - 35mm (3.5cm)
- When the hinge is opened, the distance between the fixing hole one one side of the hinge to the fixing hole directly opposite on the other side of the hinge is 44mm.
- The glass hinge has a unique 135 degree angle on one side of the hinge. The other side of the hinge doesn't have any angle to it but is flat.
- Distance from edge of the side of the flat side of the hinge to the central hinge barrel is 35mm
- Distance from edge of the side of the 135 angle side of the hinge to the central hinge barrel is 30mm
- The total width is 65mm

-- Solid zinc alloy which has been chrome plated. This is of the highest Di Vapor quality and won't rust.
-- Fits glass which is 10mm in thickness. This will also fit glass that is 4mm, 6mm and 8mm in thickness if the plastic / rubber pads which come with the hinge are used to pad the hinge out.
-- The load weight on the hinge can be up to 25kg. This weight applies to glass doors which are up to 1 metre in width. The wider the door the more tension and stress is placed on the hinge. Even if the overall weight of the glass remains under 45KG's if the width of the glass door is 1.5 metres it will place too much strain on the hinges.
-- Self closing. The hinge will self close the door when the door is open 30 degrees or less.

-- The hinge has been tested to open and close a shower door up to 100,000 times.
